To download using Metalink files: use a metalink client. You will download on torrent/http/ftp at the same time, so very fast!
To download using Wuala: install the Wuala client to download faster and with resume features. And use the "save as" function to retrieve the files. But you can also download files using HTTP by using the Wuala web interface (all links below point to it).
To download using Torrent: install a torrent client software (for example: Vuze or µTorrent). Please keep the files shared after you download them! (it will help us spreading Sabily)
